Pimp Your Stroller?! December 23, 2006Posted by Liz in : General, Random Stuff , add a comment
This truly has to be one of the funniest contests I have ever come across. The site Planet Bump has a contest going where you enter your “pimped up stroller” into a photo contest to see which kid has the slickest ride. Much to my viewing disappointment there are no entries entered at this time to look and laugh at. Perhaps if the contest is done again next year we might just have to enter it for our own amusement.
“Pimp your stroller holiday competition Homey for the holidays! Yo, Yo, Yo, baby! ‘Tis the season to deck the white walls! So, break out the spinners, the spoilers and the speakers and live large with the coolest, custom ride on the playground!”
Stuff Video December 18, 2006Posted by Ben in : Random Stuff , 1 comment so far
As a perfectly good waste of time, I grabbed some old video that friends of mine and I shot back in 1995 when I was in high school and did a little bit of audio clean up, lightened the video a bit, and added titles. Here’s the result. Enjoy.

Excellent Evolution Discussion November 22, 2004Posted by Ben in : Random Stuff , comments closed
I frequently read Keith Devens’s blog because he occassionally has PHP-related posts, but he’s also interested in politics, science, and Christianity, and he has a lot of interesting and great points.
For example, the comments from this post have an excellent discussion on evolution. I think I agree with Keith 100% on this.

The fact that I’m an “assassination victim” gives me reason to feel a bit cautious. I think I’ll get some body guards.
Ben Ramsey Writes Dragonball Z Movie August 24, 2004Posted by Ben in : Movies, Random Stuff , comments closed
Stumbled across this link and thought it would be cool if it were me, but it’s not.
Apparently there’s a screenwriter in Hollywood with the same name. Does this mean I have to change my “by name” if they ever make anything I write into a movie?
